Application
Bayris Efflorescence and Stain Remover cleans clinker brick, roof tiles, paving blocks and removes mortar stains from masonry work, as well as contamination from glass and plastic surfaces. It is used for removing white lime efflorescence from clinker brick and other building materials; eliminating mortar residues from paving slabs, walls, glass, timber, clinker brick, concrete and ceramic tiles, and asbestos-cement boards; removing concrete residues from plastic moulds; and cleaning surfaces before restoration or coating application.
Method of Application
Bayris Efflorescence and Stain Remover should be used undiluted. Apply to the surface using a brush. Leave for 3–5 minutes, scrub with a brush and rinse thoroughly with water. For heavy contamination, repeat the procedure. For large areas, spray application may be used. When removing residues from plastic moulds, the moulds may be fully immersed in the product and then rinsed with water. Always carry out a test application before use.
Health and Safety
Bayris Remover is a non-flammable acidic product supplied ready for use. It is a mixture of inorganic acids and surfactants. During application, wear acid-resistant protective gloves, clothing and eye protection, and follow general health and safety practices applicable to the construction chemicals industry. Store in closed indoor areas. Do not heat. Protect from freezing.
