Concrete Mixer Cleaner Bayris

Bayris Concrete Mixer Cleaner is a professional product designed for the effective cleaning of concrete mixers and other mixing equipment from construction material residues. The cleaner contains an inorganic acid that reacts with cement and lime when it comes into contact with concrete or mortar, breaking down hardened concrete and mortar deposits. Cleaning performance depends on the type of surface and the degree of contamination.

The product can be used undiluted or diluted with water at a ratio of 1:5. Use only plastic containers when preparing the solution, as the product may damage containers made from other materials. Small items can be cleaned by immersing them in the solution for several minutes. Afterwards, rinse thoroughly with water and dry completely. For concrete mixers and other mixing equipment:

- Apply the product with a brush to hardened concrete or mortar residues (do not use a spray applicator!).

- Rinse thoroughly with pressurised water once the structure of the concrete or mortar has visibly broken down.

- The product may be applied several times in cases of stubborn contamination. The use of a stiff brush is also recommended when cleaning heavily soiled surfaces.

Warning! Immediately after cleaning, all metal components must be treated with an anti-corrosion product due to the high risk of corrosion of equipment parts and tools. The product may corrode certain materials or surface coatings.

Bayris Concrete Mixer Cleaner must be stored out of reach of children with the original cap tightly closed.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye protection and face protection when handling the product. The solution may cause severe skin burns and serious eye damage. Dispose of contents/container at an authorised waste disposal facility in accordance with applicable regulations.
