Intended Use
Bayris Tool and Scaffolding Cleaner is a professional product that effectively removes cement and lime residues from all acid-resistant surfaces. It is particularly suitable for cleaning construction scaffolding, formwork and masonry tools. Thanks to its formulation, the product reacts with cement- and lime-based contamination, breaking it down and making removal easier. Cleaning performance depends on the type of surface and the degree of contamination.
Application Method
The product may be used undiluted or diluted with water at a ratio of 1:1 (depending on the level of contamination). Only plastic containers should be used when preparing solutions, as contact with other materials may cause damage.
Instructions for use:
- Construction tools: small items can be cleaned by immersing them in the solution for several minutes. Afterwards, rinse thoroughly with water and dry completely. Avoid contact with electrical components.
- Scaffolding: before starting work, protect adjacent structural elements that may be sensitive to acids. Thoroughly wet the surface with water, then apply the product using a brush. After 10–15 minutes, rinse with cold water. Do not allow the product to dry on the surface (keep it damp with water if necessary). It is best to work on small sections at a time, ensuring the lower areas remain wet. After cleaning, rinse the surface from top to bottom.
- Formwork: clean freshly removed formwork using the product either undiluted or diluted with water at a ratio of 1:1, and leave it to act for a short period. Afterwards, rinse thoroughly with plenty of pressurised water.
Warning! The product may corrode certain materials or surface coatings. Avoid contact with reactive metals such as zinc and aluminium.
Health and Safety
Bayris Tool and Scaffolding Cleaner must be stored out of reach of children with the original cap tightly closed.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye protection and face protection when handling the product. The solution may cause severe skin burns and serious eye damage. Dispose of contents/container at an authorised waste disposal facility in accordance with applicable regulations.
