Purpose
Professional Roof Cleaner “Profi Roof Cleaner” by BAYRIS | CONCENTRATE 1:5 is a product designed for exterior use, intended for cleaning and degreasing metal roofs before painting with “Profi Roof Paint” by BAYRIS. The product is part of the professional roof coating system developed by BAYRIS.
The concentrated Professional Roof Cleaner effectively cleans and degreases galvanised surfaces. It can also be used on previously painted surfaces. Cleaning performance depends on the type of surface and the level of contamination.
Application Instructions
Surface Preparation: The substrate must be visually clean, dry, and free from peeling layers. Areas affected by rust should be cleaned using a wire brush. On previously painted surfaces, any loose or flaking paint must be removed using a scraper.
Product Preparation: Prepare the working solution on-site by mixing the product in a ratio of 1:5 (1 L of cleaner to 5 L of clean or distilled water). In cases of heavy contamination, the product may be used undiluted or diluted at ratios of 1:1 or 1:2.
Application: Before starting work, carefully read the Safety Instructions section on the product label! Work should be carried out when both the substrate and ambient temperature are between +5°C and +25°C, with relative humidity between 50% and 75%. Before use, mix the product thoroughly.
Apply evenly using a brush or sponge while cleaning with a stiff-bristle brush. After cleaning, thoroughly rinse the surface with water. Large surface areas should be cleaned and rinsed gradually in smaller sections, preventing the cleaning solution from drying on the surface. Allow the surface to dry completely before painting. Immediately after use, clean all tools with water.
Warning! Contains ammonia! Causes severe skin burns and serious eye damage. May cause an allergic reaction.

Professional Roof Cleaner “Profi Roof Cleaner” by BAYRIS | CONCENTRATE 1:5 must be kept out of reach of children.
Wear protective gloves/clothing and eye/face protection. Avoid breathing vapours or spray. In case of insufficient ventilation, use respiratory protection.
IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Do not induce vomiting.
IF ON SKIN (or hair): Immediately remove all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin thoroughly with running water.
IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immediately seek medical attention.
If medical advice is needed, have the product container or label available. Dispose of contents/container at an authorised waste disposal facility in accordance with local regulations.
