The BAYRIS Group team is proud to introduce a long-awaited addition – the updated and expanded «WOOD PROTECTION» timber protection range. The range includes 7 products manufactured using high-quality raw materials sourced from the EU and premium-grade components supplied by leading Ukrainian manufacturers.
More than a year of coordinated work by technologists, laboratory specialists, marketers and designers has resulted in a comprehensive range of products designed to protect timber from biological damage, pests and fire. As envisioned by the marketing department, all products were united under one simple and easy-to-understand range – «WOOD PROTECTION». The original dark green packaging with a pearl finish (yellow for the «Stop Fire» fire-retardant treatment), together with marked caps, provides protection against counterfeit products. The philosophy behind the «WOOD PROTECTION» range is to offer a complete solution for timber protection and preparation prior to the application of decorative and protective finishes. The products are designed to meet the needs of a wide range of users, from homeowners to professionals, guaranteeing the highest levels of quality and effectiveness. The range combines well-established timber protection products (available since 2009), which have been improved and updated to meet modern standards, with entirely new developments created by the BAYRIS Group manufacturing division – the VEMAKO plant.

- Fire-Retardant and Biocidal Timber Protection «Stop Fire»
Product Information: this product with biocidal protection properties complies with DSTU 4479:2005 "Water-Soluble Fire-Retardant Agents for Timber". When applied to the surface, it provides Fire Protection Efficiency Group II; when impregnated, it provides Fire Protection Efficiency Group I (subject to compliance with the recommended coverage rates and application methods). Available in two colours: colourless and red (the marker pigment has no protective properties and serves only to indicate treated areas of timber; it may fade or wash out over time).

- safe to use and free from acids and carcinogenic substances (such as potassium or sodium dichromate, which are known carcinogens that may cause cancer).
- certified by the State Certification Centre of Ukraine in accordance with test reports issued by the Fire Safety Research Centre and relevant Ukrainian certification authorities.
- Timber Biocidal Protection Concentrat 1:9
Product Information: belongs to the category of antiseptic timber protection products with a standardised formulation. A cost-effective solution for large-scale projects, such as protecting timber floor structures, beams and rafters. For extended protection periods or where there is a risk of infestation (for example, permanently high humidity), the product is recommended to be diluted at a ratio of 1:4. Available in two colours: colourless and green (the marker pigment has no protective properties and serves only to indicate treated areas of timber; it may fade or wash out over time).

- Timber Biocidal Impregnation Primer «Aquagrunt»
Product Information: belongs to the category of antiseptic timber protection products with a standardised formulation.
Key Features:
- contains no polymer (therefore has less pronounced priming properties);
- contains fungicidal and antiseptic components (protecting timber from fungal attack and eliminating bacteria present in the wood). Also contains sufficient insecticide content to help prevent wood-boring insect infestations.
- suitable for Use Classes 1, 2 and 3 both indoors and outdoors (in accordance with DSTU EN 335-1:2010).
- Eco Timber Protection «Eco-Bio Protect» Concentrat 1:2
Product Information: belongs to the category of antiseptic timber protection products with a standardised formulation. The product contains environmentally friendly natural timber resins with fungicidal and insecticidal properties. Suitable exclusively for outdoor use due to its characteristic persistent odour, which dissipates slowly. The product may be used in Use Class 4 (4.1 and 4.2), meaning it is suitable for timber in ground contact and under constant exposure to water. Uneven appearance and separation during storage are acceptable; the product must be thoroughly stirred before use.

- Copper-Based Timber Protection Concentrat 1:6
Product Information: belongs to the category of antiseptic timber protection products with a standardised formulation. Contains a fungicidal component based on copper compounds as well as an insecticide for protection against insects. In addition, it protects timber from UV radiation and is resistant to leaching, making it ideal for outdoor applications exposed to moisture and sunlight. Available in two colours: brown and blue (which tint the timber light brown and grey-green respectively).
- Wood-Boring Insect Treatment «Insectoll»
Product Information: belongs to the category of antiseptic timber protection products with a standardised formulation. Where it is necessary not only to prevent insect infestation but also to eliminate insects already present in the timber, this product is recommended. It contains only an insecticidal component. Effective both when applied to the surface and when injected into holes within affected timber where insects are located deep inside the wood.
- Deep-Preserving Timber Primer «Base-Grunt»
Product Information: belongs to the category of polymer-based antiseptic timber protection products. The best option for comprehensive timber protection.
Key Features:
- contains a polymer (a specialised acrylic-alkyd dispersion), allowing it to function as a timber primer;
- reduces the consumption of subsequent decorative finishing products;
- contains fungicidal and algicidal components to protect against fungi and algae, as well as an insecticide to help prevent insect infestation;
- suitable for Use Classes 1, 2 and 3 both indoors and outdoors (in accordance with DSTU EN 335-1:2010);
- fast drying and formulated with additives that promote deep penetration into the timber.
The products comply with Ukrainian national standards (DSTU B V.2.7-233:2010; DSTU 4479:2005) and are suitable for domestic, professional and industrial use.
