Application
Bayris “Underfloor Heating Plasticiser” is designed to regulate the properties of all ready-to-use types of concrete (reinforced and non-reinforced), mortar mixes and dry construction mixtures. It is used for screeds, poured and self-levelling floors, including underfloor heating systems, as well as monolithic construction and other concrete structures.
Characteristics
A universal additive by Bayris that reduces the mixing water content by up to 15% without changing the consistency and helps remove air bubbles from the concrete mix. Allows the formation of a plastic, perfectly level and uniform layer that prevents cracking and reduces the risk of shrinkage. Increases density, frost resistance and the final strength of finished concrete products. Provides reliable protection for heating elements against mechanical loads and does not cause corrosion of metal components. Improves thermal conductivity and ensures even heat distribution across the entire surface.
Application Instructions
Apply at substrate and ambient temperatures between +5 °C and +30 °C. Add to the concrete mix simultaneously with the mixing water. Ensure even distribution of the additive by thorough mixing.
Warning!
Do not add to dry components.
Consumption
