Antiseptic treatment "Bio Stop" TM "Bayris" is designed for mineral surfaces, including concrete, ceramic, clinker and silicate brick, cement, cement-lime and gypsum plasters, stone, asbestos cement and other mineral substrates. It disinfects surfaces and helps prevent the growth of algae, mould, mildew, blue stain fungi and other biological contamination before plastering and painting works. Thanks to its specially developed formula, the product provides long-lasting protection. It is especially recommended for use in damp areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, basements and poorly ventilated rooms. "Bio Stop" TM "Bayris" is suitable for both interior and exterior use.

Characteristics

"Bio Stop" TM "Bayris" antiseptic treatment is ready to use, has no strong odour and contains no chlorine or other toxic substances. It penetrates deeply into the substrate and helps prevent the development of bacteria, mould, mildew and blue stain fungi. The product offers long-term protection. After drying, it does not form a polymer film and does not affect the adhesion or absorbency of the substrate.

Surface Preparation

Surface preparation should be carried out in accordance with applicable construction standards. The substrate must be visually clean, dry and free from loose particles or peeling layers. If necessary, remove dirt, dust, grease, traces of biological contamination, residues of oil-based or lime paints and other contaminants.

Do not dilute with water. Stir thoroughly before use. Apply evenly in 1–2 coats using a brush, roller, spray equipment or paintbrush. Clean tools with water immediately after use. Further finishing works may be carried out after 12–14 hours.
