Intended Use
Profi Bruk Cleaner by Bayris | Concentrate 1:3 is a concentrated cleaning product designed for both surface and deep cleaning of paving blocks and concrete products. It has been specially developed to facilitate the removal of dust, dirt, green organic deposits, moss and lichen from concrete surfaces. It helps prevent the formation of new growth and refreshes the appearance and colour of the surface.
It is also suitable for removing limescale deposits and tyre marks. Recommended for use before applying the professional paving and concrete paint-impregnation Profi Bruk Paint TM BAYRIS.
Application Method
Surface Preparation: Remove leaves and dirt from the paving surface. Mechanically clean joints to remove moss and weeds using a brush or pressure washer. Before applying the product, wet the surface to be cleaned with water. Large areas should be cleaned in sections.
Warning! Do not apply to hot surfaces!
Product Preparation: Stir thoroughly before use and dilute with cold water according to the degree of contamination, then stir again. For heavy contamination, dilute 1:1 with water; for light contamination, dilute 1:3.
Application: Before starting work, carefully read the Health and Safety section on the product label!
Apply evenly to the mechanically cleaned and dampened surface using a brush, roller, scrubbing brush or spray applicator and leave for 5–10 minutes. Do not allow the product to dry completely on the surface. Rinse thoroughly with water until all traces of the product have been removed (a pressure washer with a rotary brush attachment is recommended).
Warning! Before starting work, test the product on an inconspicuous area to ensure that the cleaned surface does not change colour. Do not use the product on substrates that react with acids, such as marble, aluminium, chrome-plated surfaces and similar materials.
Not suitable for removing stains caused by aggressive substances such as engine oils, paints and similar products, as paving slabs have a rough surface with micropores into which these substances can penetrate deeply.
The manufacturer guarantees that the product complies with the declared technical specifications. Any modification of the product, use for purposes other than those intended and/or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions may significantly affect product performance.
The suitability of the product for specific materials and/or compatibility with other materials must be determined by the user through testing.
The manufacturer accepts no liability for direct or indirect losses resulting from product use, as it is not possible to control all application conditions.

Profi Bruk Cleaner by Bayris | Concentrate 1:3 must be stored out of reach of children.
Danger! Causes severe skin burns and serious eye damage. The product contains acid. Use outdoors only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Seek medical advice if necessary.
Disposal
Dispose of waste in accordance with national and international regulations. Empty containers and liquid residues of Profi Bruk Cleaner by Bayris | Concentrate 1:3 should be taken to a construction waste collection facility or a designated hazardous waste collection point. Construction waste must not be disposed of in general household waste containers. Do not discharge product residues into drains, watercourses or soil.
