Professional Façade Cleaner "Facade Bio Cleaner" Concentrate 1:3

Facade Bio Cleaner by Bayris | Concentrate 1:3 is a concentrated fungicidal and algicidal cleaning solution designed to remove biological contamination, mould fungi, bacteria and algae from all types of façade surfaces. It is suitable for cleaning painted and rendered façades, brickwork, natural stone, joinery, slate, roof tiles, ceramic tiles and similar surfaces. It is also highly effective as a preventative treatment against the formation of biological growth.

Facade Bio Cleaner by Bayris is a professional long-lasting concentrated cleaner that is chlorine-free. It does not alter the colour of the treated surface after drying. Suitable for domestic, professional and industrial use. Once dry, it does not form a polymer film and does not affect the adhesion or water absorption properties of the substrate.

Surface Preparation: The substrate must be dry and, where necessary, mechanically cleaned beforehand.

Product Preparation: Prepare the working solution on site using a ratio of 1:3 (1 litre of product to 3 litres of clean or distilled water). Stir thoroughly after dilution.

Application: Before starting work, carefully read the Health and Safety section on the product label!

Apply when the substrate and ambient temperature are between +5°C and +30°C and the relative humidity is between 50% and 75%. Application is more effective at ambient temperatures of +20°C and above, significantly reducing the reaction time. To clean contaminated surfaces, apply the product evenly using a brush, masonry brush, roller or spray equipment. After 24 hours (under normal conditions), remove any remaining contamination mechanically or with a brush and rinse thoroughly with water. For heavily contaminated surfaces, repeat the treatment. For preventative protection, apply 1–2 even coats and do not rinse off. Clean all tools with water immediately after use. Painting of treated surfaces may be carried out 48 hours after application.

Danger! Toxic if swallowed. May cause an allergic reaction and irritation to the eyes, skin and respiratory system. Avoid release into the environment. When handling the product, wear rubber gloves, safety goggles, protective clothing and a respirator for respiratory protection. Eating and drinking while treating surfaces is strictly prohibited. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Seek medical advice if necessary.

Dispose of waste in accordance with applicable regulations. Empty containers and liquid residues of Facade Bio Cleaner by Bayris | Concentrate 1:3 should be taken to authorised hazardous waste collection facilities.
