Organic Solvent “LÖSUNGSMITTEL BAYRIS”

This thinner is designed for reducing alkyd-based coatings and is also suitable for alkyd varnishes, oils and primers.

Yes. The thinner can be used for:

• degreasing metal before painting;

• removing oils, grease and technical contaminants;

• cleaning tools after painting work.

In alkyd enamels and primers, the thinner does more than simply reduce viscosity. It directly affects binder dissolution, evaporation rate, protective film formation and the final adhesion of the coating.
