Intended Use
REM-HELP Cement and Mortar Remover by Bayris is a professional product from the REM-HELP range designed for the removal of cement residues, adhesive compounds and construction mortars. This highly effective cleaner is recommended for pre-cleaning premises after renovation and construction work, as well as for routine household use.
Characteristics
The product contains no abrasive substances. Its specially developed formula quickly and effectively dissolves even thick layers of old cement, lime and mortar residues. The cleaner is also highly effective for removing other types of construction materials, including concrete, render, grout and rust. Suitable for interior and exterior use.
Product and Surface Preparation
Warning! Before use, test the product on an inconspicuous area to check the surface's resistance to the cleaner. Concentrated product with a strongly acidic reaction.
The liquid dissolves all types of cement-based mortars; therefore, when removing grout residues from surfaces, it may also dissolve cement-based joints.
The product is not recommended for cleaning acid-sensitive surfaces such as marble, enamelled finishes and similar materials, as this may result in surface discolouration.
Application
Protective gloves, eye protection, respiratory protection and protective clothing should be worn when using the product.
Turn the nozzle to the “SPRAY/STREAM” position. Apply the product undiluted to heavily contaminated surfaces or thick layers of old construction residues. Leave the wetted mortar or surface for several minutes to allow the product to take effect, then clean and rinse with water. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly once again with clean water.
For very heavy contamination or very old mortar deposits, repeat the application. For lighter contamination or fresh construction residues, the product may be diluted with water at a ratio of 1:3. After use, return the nozzle to the “OFF” position and wash hands thoroughly.

Safety and Disposal
Warning! Contains phosphoric acid. DANGER. Causes severe skin burns and serious eye damage. May cause an allergic reaction. If medical advice is needed, have the product container or label available. Avoid breathing vapours or spray. Wear protective gloves/clothing and eye/face protection. If ventilation is inadequate, use respiratory protection.
IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. DO NOT induce vomiting. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Immediately remove all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin/hair with running water. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Call a doctor immediately.

Dispose of waste in accordance with applicable regulations. Containers and liquid residues should be taken to authorised hazardous waste collection facilities.
