New Formulations and Packaging Design for BAYRIS Paints

BAYRIS Group presents completely new paint formulations for interior and exterior applications. Superior quality in a refreshed design is the result of months of coordinated work between the technical team of WEMACO manufacturing company and the marketing department of Bayris Trading & Manufacturing Company. The outcome is three fully upgraded BAYRIS products with the following characteristics:

“Acryl Eco” Paint – designed for interiors with low traffic and light operational demands.

1. Deep matt finish (gloss level ≤ 5);

2. Wet scrub resistance – Class 5 – coating thickness loss of 70 μm or more after 40 wet scrub cycles.

Benefits: excellent opacity and coverage.

“Mattlatex” Paint – designed for interiors with moderate operational demands.

1. Deep matt finish (gloss level ≤ 5);

2. Wet scrub resistance – Class 3 – coating thickness loss between 20 μm and less than 70 μm after 200 wet scrub cycles.

Benefits: resistant to wet cleaning; contains a special anti-splatter additive for easier application.

“Facade” Paint – designed for exterior facades and interior areas exposed to intensive use.

1. Matt finish (gloss level ≤ 10);

2. Medium dry film thickness – not less than 100 μm;

3. Wet scrub resistance – Class 1 – coating thickness loss of up to 5 μm after 200 wet scrub cycles.

Benefits: excellent opacity and coverage; washable finish; contains a special additive that helps prevent the growth of algae, mould and fungi.

BAYRIS products are manufactured using European-made polymer binders, while high-whiteness marble powder is used as a filler. Titanium dioxide supplied by leading EU manufacturers ensures excellent wet and dry opacity while maintaining colour consistency. All products undergo thorough testing in a modern laboratory, comply with national sanitary regulations and current DSTU EN standards (confirmed by certificates of conformity). The environmental benefits of both the manufacturing process and the products have been verified in accordance with the requirements of the international DSTU ISO 14024 standard. Automated production processes are certified to the ISO 9001:2015 international quality management standard.
