BAYRIS Concrete Admixtures Receive Declarations of Performance in Ukraine
In 2026, the packaged concrete admixtures produced under the BAYRIS brand successfully completed the conformity assessment process required under current Ukrainian legislation governing construction products.
Following product testing, factory production control assessment and independent conformity evaluation, Declarations of Performance were registered for the relevant BAYRIS concrete admixtures. The products also received updated construction product marking in accordance with the latest regulatory requirements in Ukraine.
The introduction of Declarations of Performance forms part of the ongoing harmonisation of Ukrainian construction product legislation with European regulatory principles. The aim is to increase market transparency, strengthen manufacturer accountability and provide customers with reliable information about product performance.
The Road to Registration
The registration of the declarations followed several key stages of assessment and verification.
- January 2026 – product testing in accordance with DSTU EN 934-2 and DSTU EN 934-3.
- February 2026 – certification of Factory Production Control following a production audit.
- June 2026 – registration of Declarations of Performance for the relevant BAYRIS products.
The conformity assessment process was carried out with the participation of the conformity assessment body Ukrcertification LLC (EDRPOU 43478470).
Updated Product Marking
Registering a Declaration of Performance involves more than confirming product characteristics. It also requires compliance with construction product marking requirements established by Ukrainian legislation.
As a result, all packaged BAYRIS concrete admixtures covered by registered Declarations of Performance have received updated product marking in accordance with current Ukrainian construction product regulations.
The labels now include the information required for product identification and performance declaration, together with the national conformity mark applicable to construction products placed on the Ukrainian market.
