LEON Cement and Mortar Residue Remover Concentrate by Bayris is a professional concentrated product designed for the removal of residues from various types of cement-based mortars, dry building mixes, lime, rust and similar contamination. It is ideal for post-renovation cleaning and for cleaning tiles after grouting. Suitable for cleaning ceramic, stone and clinker tiles, as well as glass, lacquered and other acid-resistant surfaces. It also removes common household contamination such as dirt, deposits and stains caused by salts contained in water. Suitable for both interior and exterior use.

LEON Concentrate by Bayris is suitable for domestic, professional and industrial use. It is a liquid ranging from colourless to pale yellow, free from abrasive substances and with a characteristic odour.

Warning! Before starting work, test the product on an inconspicuous area to ensure that the cleaned surface does not change colour. Do not use the product on substrates that react with acids (such as marble, aluminium, polished finishes, etc.), as this may result in discolouration. Do not mix with other chemical products, especially bleaches and alkalis.

Clean the surface of dust and dirt. If large mortar deposits are present, remove them mechanically first using a scraper or brush. Surfaces that do not require cleaning should be protected from contact with the product (the liquid dissolves all types of cement-based materials, therefore cleaning grout residues from a surface may also remove cement from joints). Areas contaminated with cement or lime should be lightly dampened with water beforehand. Large areas should be cleaned in sections.

Stir thoroughly before use and dilute with cold water according to the type and degree of contamination, then stir again. For removing old hardened cement residues, use the product undiluted.

Recommended working solution concentrations:

• adhesive, grout and render residues – from 1:3 to 1:5;
• dirt and lime deposits – from 1:5 to 1:10;
• rust stains and hard water stains – from 1:10 to 1:15.

When using the product, wear protective gloves, eye protection, respiratory protection and protective clothing.

Apply evenly to the prepared surface using a brush, sponge, scrubbing brush or spray applicator and leave for 5–15 minutes. After the dwell time, clean the surface with a brush or sponge. Thoroughly rinse the treated surface with plenty of clean water and allow it to dry. For heavy contamination, repeat the treatment or use a more concentrated solution.

0.1–0.5 L/m² of prepared solution depending on the type of surface, the degree and type of contamination, the application method and the tools used.

Wear protective gloves/clothing and eye/face protection. IF ON SKIN: wash thoroughly with soap and water. IF IN EYES: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Contact a doctor immediately.
